To build a common vision for their neighborhood the groups engaged in community development process. They assembled a community group, mapped their local needs and problems and designed future solution. In a second stage, they actively started to carry out the solution. In some cases, they built a collaboration with neighboring group of the nominally rival group. Some of the group work is still continuing today independently with empowered local leadership.
