Noam Brenner is a PhD Candidate at the department of Political-Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a fellow of the Israeli President office scholarship for scientific excellence. His PhD. addresses the puzzle: how residents in mixed cities actively promote their local interests? Parallel to writing his Ph.D. and coordinating this unique EU peace-building initiative in Jerusalem he is also lecture about leadership in HUJI, a directorate member in his Kibbutz and a brigade operation officer (major in Res.).
